A fun day exploring all things Disability with leading equality trainer (& tv presenter) Mik Scarlet. Mik explains ways of understanding what it means to be a Disabled person, delves into facts & figures on the Disabled community, guides a safe route through the thorny issue of language, & gives all who attend the knowledge to build a better, more equal tomorrow.

Mik, a wheelchair user since the age of 15, keeps the day light & enjoyable. He also aims to ensure all attendees leave with all their questions answered, because on his courses there are no questions you cannot ask. Mik says "I'm un-offendable so ask away!"

This event is ideal for anyone working in the arts, community, and culture, who want to improve their knowledge on disability and access.
